Kitchen Porter-12 Key Responsibilities: Ensure chefs have clean and ready-to-use kitchen equipment. Assist with unloading deliveries of ingredients and supplies. Operate dish and glass-washing machines to maintain cleanliness. Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including floors, fridges, ovens, and work surfaces. Wash and clean utensils and dishes, ensuring proper storage afterward. Dispose of rubbish and disinfect floors as needed. Adhere to all company policies and health and safety regulations. Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
