Location: Milton Keynes
We're working with a well-established consultancy that partners with leading names in the hospitality industry - including hotels, restaurants, pubs, and leisure groups - helping them optimise procurement and improve profitability through tailored support and insights.
They're now looking for an
Account Manager
to oversee client relationships, working closely with GMs, chefs, and senior stakeholders. You'll be responsible for driving account performance, reviewing supplier KPIs, and helping clients make informed purchasing decisions.
What they're looking for:
Strong background in
account management or client services
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
Confident communicator with
a solid understanding of hospitality operations
High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong organisational ability
Competency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/reporting tools
Full UK travel flexibility
Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable, particularly working with foodservice operators or chefs.
