We’re looking for a Materials Manager to take ownership of materials strategy and execution across a complex, multi-factory operation. This is a critical position ensuring material availability for short shelf-life products, supporting new product launches, and driving efficiency while reducing working capital and waste. You’ll lead a small team of 4 and work closely with Innovation, R&D, Finance, Planning, and Central Procurement teams to deliver outstanding results. Lead and execute materials strategy to ensure timely availability of raw materials across multiple sites. Provide hands‑on support within factory environments to resolve material issues in real time. Manage, coach and develop a team of four materials specialists. Control material‑related financials including accruals, variances and working capital. Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, R&D and Innovation teams to support production plans and new product launches.
