As a Medical Case Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting doctors and other medical professionals as they navigate complex medico‑legal challenges with skill and compassion. You’ll be the initial point of contact on our medico‑legal advice line, manage your own caseload, provide calm and confident guidance, and help our members achieve fair and timely outcomes, ensuring they feel supported, secure and empowered every step of the way. This role sits within an experienced and dedicated team, renowned for providing expert support to our medical members during challenging times.

Role Responsibilities
* Deliver timely, high‑quality case handling in line with policies, SLAs, and KPIs.
* Use sound judgement to advise members and escalate complex issues where necessary.
* Communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring members feel supported at every step.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in internal initiatives and projects.
* Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality at all times.
