The Role
As a Senior Waiter, you will:
* Lead by example, setting the tone for
exceptional service in your section.
* Deliver elegant, intuitive, and
personalised service to members and guests.
* Assist with training, guiding, and
motivating junior waiters and commis staff.
* Handle guest requests with confidence,
discretion, and attention to detail.
* Work seamlessly with the floor, bar, and
kitchen teams to maintain the rhythm and flow of service.
* Support supervisors and managers in
overseeing smooth daily operations.

an all-day public restaurant and a private members’ club with 31 bedrooms and

About You
We are looking for individuals who are
passionate about excellence and culture.
You will have:
* Previous experience in a senior waiter
role within a luxury hospitality environment.
* Excellent food, beverage, and wine
knowledge.
* A polished, professional approach and a
strong guest-facing presence.
* Confidence in managing a section and
supporting junior team members.
* Strong communication and teamwork
skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,
and split shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your section confidently and
ensure seamless guest service.
* Anticipate guest needs and resolve any
issues quickly and professionally.
* Guide junior team members and ensure
they uphold service standards.
* Take accurate orders, liaising clearly
with the kitchen and bar.
* Support with floor set-up, briefings,
and service delivery.
* Uphold hygiene, grooming, and safety
standards at all times.
