A leading construction recruitment company are recruiting for trainee consultants to start within the next month.
The company are looking to bring on a resourcer full time to solely focus on finding builders and labourers for contracts jobs. They pay good salaries and offer incentives such as commission for placements and bookings. Plus, they give you the opportunity to learn the sector and develop into an established consultant.
What is the company looking for?
They want driven people at the early stage of their career. You don’t need to have sales or recruitment experience but that would be preferrable. Also previous work in construction recruitment would also be desirable but not essential as would a graduate background.
