* Job Title: Steel Fabricator/Welder
* Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Hours: 40 hrs per week with 1/2 hr lunch unpaid
* Salary: £16.00-£18.00 per hour plus overtime paid at 1.5 per hour

Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate and weld metal components to spec
* Read and interpret technical drawings
* Use MIG, TIG, and MMA welding techniques
* Assemble balcony stacks, balustrades, staircases, and railings
* Perform quality checks and maintain equipment
* Ensure safety and cleanliness in the workshop
Requirements
* 5+ years' MIG welding experience
* 3+ years' metal fabrication experience (preferred)
* Skilled in TIG welding and the use of power tools
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Good engineering knowledge
* Strong communication skills
* C/B Forklift licence desirable
