I’m working with a well-established, supportive small animal practice in North Essex offering excellent clinical exposure and a collaborative team environment. With multiple sites and a growing surgical caseload, this is a great opportunity for a vet looking to develop or further specialise in surgery.
What You’ll Do
* Manage a varied caseload with a strong focus on surgical procedures
* Perform routine and more advanced surgeries
* Support inpatient care and medical case management
* Handle emergency cases where required
* Work both independently and collaboratively within the team

What They’re Looking For
Clinical Expertise – Strong surgical capabilityCriteria: RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with solid GP and surgical experience
Surgical Interest – Passion for advanced proceduresCriteria: Working towards or holding a surgical certificate (desirable)
Independence – Confident case managementCriteria: Able to manage surgical and medical cases independently
Team Collaboration – Positive and communicativeCriteria: Works well within a supportive team environment
