MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Open and close the store following the correct company procedures
* Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
* Support the Store Management team on overall store and back of house standards
* Assist in training and coaching Associates
* To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
* Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
* Help to ensure the store remains commercial as possible following company guidelines
* Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
* Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
* Perform other duties that asrequired from the management team
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
* Team Player
* Previous retail experience desirable or proven experience in a team environment
* Demonstrate customer service skills
* A passion for retail and sales
* Desire to learn
* Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes
* Understanding of POS register systems
* Effective communication skills
* Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
