Assist the project manager in coordinating day-to-day site operations
Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with drawings and schedules
Manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers at the site and assign tasks accordingly
Ensure site safety and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations
Maintain site records and conduct quality inspections; report issues in a timely manner
Oversee material deliveries and arrange for proper use of site equipment
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve site-related issues
Able to communicate in English, Chinese, and Bengali
