SALES MANAGER / MA Business – Manufacturing Management. Be part of something iconic. We’re looking for a Sales Manager to bring passion and flair to our Manufacturing Management portfolio, the UK’s leading platform for factory decision-makers. Join a team of 550 professionals across 7 offices in a hybrid model (three days a week in the Dartford office).
The salary is £40,000 (DOE) plus circa £20,000 uncapped commission and company benefits.
Manufacturing Management has been at the heart of UK manufacturing leadership for more than 50 years, providing senior industry professionals with insight, strategy, and inspiration to run smarter, more efficient factories. Through digital content, in-depth features, lead generation campaigns, bespoke content marketing, podcasts, and webinars, we connect suppliers with decision-makers across multiple industrial sectors. As part of the commercial team, you’ll be working with an established and trusted brand that’s embedded in the fabric of the UK’s manufacturing industry.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the manufacturing and industrial technology sectors
* Deliver tailored advertising and marketing solutions, including digital lead gen, custom content, branded podcasts, and webinars
* Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into high-impact campaigns
* Represent Manufacturing Management at industry events, forums, and partner-led summits, including international travel opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
* Use insight, creativity, and data to shape commercial strategy and identify new revenue opportunities
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
* Experience in B2B media sales, advertising, or marketing services, ideally within technical or industrial markets
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence in pitching creative solutions
* A consultative approach to client relationships: you listen, understand, and deliver value
