Your Role as a Sales Advisor
As a Sales Advisor at our Stoke branch, you will:
* Serve customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
* Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone and email, showcasing a proactive attitude.
* Handle general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organizing deliveries, and merchandising displays to a high standard.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 07:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with one Saturday a month from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love for you to bring the following:
* Experience in the plumbing and heating industry or merchant sector is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
* Sales or customer service experience is ideal.
* A dependable team player with a strong work ethic, ready to support all areas of the branch.
* An eagerness to learn, paired with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
