Combining a social club, co-working space, and an evolving calendar of events including discussions, parties, DJ nights, wellness sessions, and corporate launches, we create catalytic moments that stimulate both the intellect and the senses.
WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a dynamic and creative team player who is passionate about curating exceptional experiences for our members. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of engaging programmes, working closely with the wider team to bring innovative ideas to life. You will collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless integration of content and events that align with our brand and member interests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programming Strategy & Curation
* Develop and execute a dynamic, year-long salon talk calendar aligned with One RQ’s values: conversation, connection, and change.
* Curate speakers across disciplines technology, politics, sustainability, art, culture, and business.
* Ensure balance across formats: fireside chats, panels, debates, audience-in-the-round, and provocations.
Speaker Engagement & Partnerships
* Identify, engage, and book high-calibre speakers, global thinkers, changemakers, founders, artists, policy leaders.
* Build relationships with embassies, universities, think tanks, and institutions for long-term collaboration.
* Represent One RQ in external circles to grow our brand and programming influence.
Event Production & Delivery
* Oversee all aspects of program delivery from concept to execution with a strong emphasis on storytelling, pacing, and tone.
* Work with marketing, F&B, and operations teams to ensure seamless experiences for members and guests.
* Host or moderate events when needed, ensuring vibrant, inclusive discussions.
Member & Community Engagement
* Involve members in shaping content through surveys, member-moderated talks, or co-creation sessions.
* Drive member attendance and engagement, using feedback to improve and iterate the calendar.
* Nurture a culture of curiosity, inclusivity, and intellectual hospitality.
Measurement & Reporting
* Track programming performance using KPIs: attendance, feedback scores, content impact, and brand lift.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly programming reports for leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 3 years of experience with either content strategy and execution, international relations, government and/or journalism
* A strong network of thought leaders, creatives, and innovators across diverse industries.
* Proven ability to curate, produce, and host high-quality content experiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp editorial sensibility.
* Deep interest in global affairs, social change, entrepreneurship, and the arts.
