MacGregor Black are partnering with a Manufacturing Business, looking for a People Business Partner. Role based in Norfolk or East Anglia.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor, coaching and guiding managers on all aspects of people management to ensure compliance and best practice.
* Partner with leaders to deliver seamless, efficient recruitment that secures the right talent for the business.
* Provide expert advice on performance management and employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and effective outcomes.
* Guide managers on employment law, balancing legal compliance with pragmatic business solutions.
* Lead and contribute to projects that improve people processes and drive continuous improvement.
* Support the Senior People Business Partner in enhancing our people services to meet evolving business needs.
* Be the go-to contact for people-related queries across different functions, offering specialist advice and support.
* Enable effective absence management processes, working with Occupational Health when required.
* Review and update HR policies in line with UK legislation and educate managers on key changes.
