Key Responsibilities of the Production Operative
* Carry out production and assembly tasks efficiently, accurately, and within set timeframes.
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
* Support continuous improvement activities and help maintain a clean, organised workspace.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in production or assembly, or formal training in manufacturing processes.
* Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with precision.
