As a Remedial Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—planning, scheduling, and coordinating remedial works across multiple client sites. You’ll take ownership of performance, safety, quality, and communication, ensuring every job is delivered on time, on budget, and to the high standards our clients expect.
You’ll be the key link between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, confidently managing resources, parts, access equipment, and labour to keep everything running smoothly. For—the Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate remedial works across multiple client sites.
* Allocate resources effectively, including internal teams and subcontractors.
* Ensure materials and access equipment are ordered and organised ready ahead of the works to commence.
* Monitor project timelines and prioritise in line with client expectations.
* Coordinate projects to achieve monthly budget.
* Invoice remedial works upon completion.
* Post-work communication to customers including sending FORTH® remedial reports.
* Proactively improve procurement or materials and services to ensure better buying.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding remedial works.
* Provide regular proactive updates to clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
* Conduct “after care” calls, checking in with the client after jobs are completed to ensure client satisfaction.
* Maintain Big Change, google calendar and client portal administration processes.
* Maintain accurate records of WIP schedules, project progress, and completion reports.
* Produce monthly reports for management and client meetings.
* Support the creation of RAMs and health and safety compliance across all remedial works.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
* Work as part of the maintenance team and support other department where required to ensure whole team achieved targets and resources are used efficiently.
