Duties:
6. Overseeing the daily operations of multiple parts sites across Sussex, Surrey, and Hampshire
7. Managing and motivating a team of parts department staff within the franchises our client represents
8. Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained across all locations
9. Achieving sales targets and improving profitability margins
10. Implementing efficient stock control procedures and managing budgets effectively
11. Developing strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to optimise parts supply and availability
Requirements:
12. Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Group Parts Manager in a dealership environment
13. Demonstrable management experience across multiple sites or locations
14. Full UK driving licence
15. Strong organisational and leadership skills
16. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
17. Knowledge of Main Dealership parts operations is highly desirable
