Department Manager 2 - Night Shift
Location: Primark Broughton
Salary: £42,055 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full‑time permanent, 5 nights on then 3 off. Night Manager roles receive an additional allowance of £21.50 per shift.

What You’ll Do
* Oversee the replenishment of the store for the next day’s opening.
* Manage deliveries and collaborate with the day management team on product moves and price changes.
* Keep the store stocked, tidy and report any stock issues that arise.
* Allocate tasks to the team of Night Retail Assistants, develop their skills and keep them motivated and engaged.
* Drive your own development by taking advantage of digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
