We are seeking individuals with demonstrable experience within the HNW sector, within a very hands-on role based in central London. The CPOs and RST operators will join a collaborative team providing protection for family members and at their primary residence. These positions are central to Kensington and Knightsbridge, London. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all household members, maintaining a vigilant presence, and proactively identifying potential risks within the property and its surroundings. CPOs will be required to provide close protection around various locations in London. What You'll Be Doing Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop personalised security strategies for clients Provide close protection for clients at private residences, during events, travels, and daily activities Monitor and assess the environment for potential security threats, responding promptly and effectively Coordinate with principal as necessary Maintain confidentiality and always uphold the highest standards of professionalism Prepare detailed security reports and documentation as required Provide guidance and instruction to clients regarding personal safety and security measures Assist in the logistics and transportation arrangements for clients, ensuring a secure environment Be available for on-call duties and flexible working hours to accommodate client schedules Requirements 3 years providing close protection, with at least 2 with HNW clients Ability to cover 20 x 12-hour shifts per month Impeccable references Background in HNW family environments preferred Valid certification in close protection or personal security Strong understanding of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and threat assessment Excellent physical fitness and the ability to react swiftly in high-pressure situations Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and situations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid UK driver's license and clean driving record Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as needed Benefits About Prevail Partners Prevail Partners delivers strategic advice, intelligence, specialist capabilities, and managed services to clients ranging from governments and multinational corporations to non-governmental organisations.
