We're looking for an organised
Support Officer
to join our compassionate team of Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs). In this important role, you'll provide client-focused administrative support that truly prioritises the safety and well-being of individuals and their children.
In a fast-paced, multi-agency environment, you'll help us deliver a seamless support service, working closely with MARAC protocols and local partners. Your attention to detail and commitment to best practices will be vital as you assist and support the team in keeping accurate, up-to-date records of risk assessments, safety planning, and case management using our case management systems. You'll also play a crucial role in triaging new referrals to ensure that every individual receives the timely care and attention they deserve, with an IDVA allocated within 24 hours or by the next working day.
