Position Summary
The Marketing Director will "drive customers into seats" by building brand awareness and audience engagement through integrated marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and meet business performance goals. This role is key in crafting the voice and visual identity of the show across all platforms, ensuring our story connects powerfully with fans and new audiences alike.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position requiring close collaboration with Sales, Revenue, Show Production, and other teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment and has a strong background in location-based entertainment or lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive ticket sales, guest loyalty, and brand equity.
2. Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, PR, and on-site activations.
3. Brand Stewardship: Maintain consistent storytelling, messaging, and branding across all channels.
4. Partner with internal departments to coordinate marketing efforts.
5. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, analyze data, and report on ROI to refine strategies.
6. Lead and inspire a small marketing team, agencies, and vendors.
7. Stay updated on entertainment, digital, and cultural trends to keep the brand relevant.
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years in strategic marketing within entertainment, live events, or lifestyle industries.
3. Skills & Attributes: Proven success in marketing, project management, excellent communication, creative and data-driven mindset, proficiency in digital tools and analytics platforms.
