The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - required
* A strong understanding of the Primary curriculum
* Passion for teaching and commitment to pupil progress
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
* A creative and reflective approach to teaching
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
* Assess, track and report on pupil progress
* Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
* Work effectively as part of a team
* Contribute to the wider life of the school
