* Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, and development projects.
* Provide clear, practical advice to clients on leases, landlord and tenant matters, and property-related agreements.
* Liaise with clients, agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transaction progression.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent communication and service.
* Participate in business development initiatives.
About You
* 1-5 years PQE in commercial property law.
* Strong understanding of land law principles and commercial property transactions.
* Confident managing your own workload while collaborating effectively with the team.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional client service.
