Position: Quality Inspector
Location: Ballymoney
Reporting to: Business Improvement Manager
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week

Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processed materials meet the required quality standard and customer specifications.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Carrying out audits of the processes and products to ensure that all processed material & completed assemblies meet the required quality standard and customer specifications.
2. Working as part of a team to determine root cause analysis of all non-conformances and support corrective/preventive actions.
3. Liaising with production to continuously improve quality standards within the factory.
4. Support production on a daily basis with any quality issues.
5. Audit completed assemblies for conformance to requirements.
6. Issues investigation and resolution.
7. Collation of information and feedback.
8. Any other duties as may be reasonably required.
Experience & Qualifications:
9. A minimum of 3 years experience working within a manufacturing environment covering both fabrication and assembly disciplines.
10. A working knowledge of welding, hydraulics, and assembly
11. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control and problem solving techniques
12. Excellent communication and assertiveness skills
13. Ability to negotiate
14. Previous experiences within the quality remit
