Demand & Governance Specialist

Theale/Home – 3 days a week in Theale/2 from home
We are looking for a Demand & Governance Specialist to shape process integrity and performance across complex delivery landscapes. You will lead the execution of governance frameworks, challenge underperformance, and ensure accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the Demand & Governance Specialist include
* Own the execution of governance boards, decision logs, and reporting packs
* Lead demand governance for priority programmes
* Drive action tracking and risk escalation across Partner Performance reviews
* Coordinate stakeholder inputs from Delivery, Commercial, Procurement, and Legal
* Maintain auditable governance logs and trackers, ensuring process rigour
* Analyse trends in performance data to surface risks and improve delivery
The successful Demand & Governance Specialist will have:
* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
* Proven experience in governance or compliance across regulated environments
* High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation
* Ability to work independently with confidence to challenge and influence
