Are you a passionate and creative Drama Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of performers?
Tradewind Recruitment is working with several secondary schools in the Kettering area that are seeking part-time Drama Teachers to join their vibrant expressive arts departments from September 2025. These are long-term positions ideal for both experienced teachers and confident ECTs ready to bring energy, imagination, and commitment to the classroom.
You'll be delivering engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students build confidence, express themselves creatively, and develop vital performance and communication skills.
What you'll be doing:
Planning and delivering dynamic, inclusive Drama lessons in line with the national curriculum
Supporting students in developing acting, interpretation, and collaboration skills
Creating a supportive and expressive learning environment
Assessing student progress and adapting lessons to meet diverse needs
Contributing to school productions, enrichment clubs, and extra-curricular arts activities
You'll be a great fit if you:
Hold UK QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification in Drama or Performing Arts
Have recent experience teaching Drama in UK secondary schools
Are enthusiastic about fostering creativity and confidence in young people
Have excellent communication skills and strong classroom presence
Enjoy working as part of a creative and collaborative teaching team
