Patterson Oil is a well-established supplier of home heating oil across Northern Ireland and England. We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales & Office Administrator to join our team at Head Office. This is a key role supporting both our customers and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing incoming and outgoing customer phone calls in a professional manner
* Processing and inputting orders accurately using company software
* Planning and coordinating oil delivery schedules
* Handling customer service queries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
* Preparing and issuing invoices, delivery documentation, and processing payments
* Maintaining and updating customer accounts and records
* Liaising with drivers and depot staff to support efficient operations
* Preparing customer quotations and assisting with sales enquiries
* Producing reports and supporting management with data entry as required
* General office administration
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong IT skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales support is desirable
* Proactive, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team
