Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced organisation, is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join their hardworking team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to play a key role in ensuring goods are received, processed, and dispatched efficiently within a busy warehouse environment.

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out key warehouse activities using the VNA forklift.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (including loading, packing, wrapping, labelling, and shipping).
Receive and process warehouse stock products using scanners and manual handling aids.
Repackage stock to meet specific customer requirements.
Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and optimised for space utilisation.
Report discrepancies promptly.
Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
Follow quality service standards and comply with all procedures, rules, and health & safety regulations.
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Proven experience operating a VNA forklift (valid licence required).
Demonstrable work experience within a warehouse environment.
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and commitment to completing tasks to a high standard.
Adaptability to working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Good level of physical fitness (heavy lifting and manual handling required).
Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Numerate and literate, with excellent communication skills in English.
