Job Title – Quality Administrator
Reporting To – Senior Quality Engineer
Hours of Work - 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday; 8am to 3pm Friday

Sabeti Wain Aerospace Ltd is a world leader in the design & manufacturer of bespoke aircraft interiors and upholstery systems.
Reporting to the Senior Quality Engineer, the Quality Administrator is required to provide administrative support to the Quality Team.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Generation of monthly / weekly reports, pulling data from Quality databases (ASL, Suppliers scorecards) and manipulating in Excel or by running queries on databases.
* Liaising with different departments including Engineering, Manufacturing, & Production Admin to collate data regarding non-conforming product information on regular basis
* Updating the Approver Supplier List (ASL) for new and existing vendors.
* Working with Quality Engineers to collate required documentation on new and existing vendors.
* Issuing and then obtaining updates regarding MRB / Customer Returns or Warranty Claims.
* Administration of controlled document review, including maintenance of the quality department Staff Training & Effectiveness Matrix, and associated document(s) where required.
* Providing general administrative support to the Quality Team.
* Liaising with Company Departments in UK and Dubai, along with Suppliers & Customers to gather required data and follow-up with Quality issues.
* Liaising with Company Departments regarding updates and training relating to internal requirements for Part 21G and AS9100.
* Attending internal Departmental meetings, takings notes and following through with dates and responses
* Providing help and assistance with any other duties, as and when required.

This position requires the following skills:
* The suitable candidate will be self-motivated have an analytical mindset
* Excellent communication skills in written & spoken English
* Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Have a good working knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of Aerospace Part 21G, AS9100 or ISO9001 would be an advantage but is not essential
* Ability to understand and interpret Engineering information would be an advantage
