Now we're expanding, and that means opportunities for the right person to join the team and help shape what comes next.
What you'll be doing
You'll work directly with clients – both existing and new – helping them achieve their financial goals through genuine, relationship-led planning. That means advising on investments, pensions, inheritance tax, cashflow modelling and life planning, not just pushing products. We use sophisticated cashflow modelling software to bring plans to life before we ever talk about financial products, and our clients love it.
Day to day, you'll manage your own client relationships, run review meetings, handle new enquiries from first contact through to ongoing advice and ensure everything is documented to a high standard. You'll also collaborate closely with the rest of the team – we're a small, tight-knit group and working together matters here.
What we're looking for
You're Level 4 qualified at minimum, ideally Chartered, with a current SPS and up-to-date CPD. Beyond the qualifications, you're someone who genuinely enjoys building client relationships, listens well and takes pride in delivering excellent work. You're organised, commercially aware and happy to delegate where it makes sense. You bring ideas, not just execution – we're a forward-thinking firm and we want people who want to help build something.
You don't need to bring an existing client bank. You do need an unrestricted right to work in the UK.
