My Client, the leading provider of Social Housing, Student accommodation and Carehome in the UK are looking for an experienced Secretary to support their Housing Team with administration duties. Literacy and numeracy equivalent to passes in GCSE English and Maths NVQ3 in relevant area (e.g. business administration, customer service) Full, current driving licence Experience of providing administrative services Some experience of working in a customer service environment Recent experience of providing administrative support to senior management Some knowledge of housing and other relevant legislation Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads Some experience of producing and analysing quality statistical information Some experience of resolving problems Intermediate Microsoft 365 Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills Basic negotiation skills Good organisational and planning skills Ability to work independently and use own initiative Ability to interpret, extract and interrogate computerised data Good understanding of written and spoken English Good communication skills
