You’ll help deliver clear, timely, and engaging communications that connect people to our strategy and support them in doing their jobs safely and confidently.What will I be doing?Managing the internal communications mailbox and coordinating content with stakeholdersCreating and maintaining targeted distribution listsPlanning, writing, and publishing operational messages across platforms like SharePoint, Poppulo, Viva EngageMeasuring communication effectiveness through analytics and feedbackSupporting campaigns and events that bring our strategy to life, such as awards, conferences, and roadshowsCollaborating with stakeholders to ensure messaging is relevant, inclusive, and impactfulWhat do I need?Experience in field-based, or operational environmentsUnderstanding of how to tailor messages for diverse audiencesPassion for connecting people to purpose and strategyStrong copywriting and storytelling abilityExperience engaging remote or frontline colleaguesConfidence working with stakeholders across different levelsFamiliarity with tools like Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Poppulo, and StreamProven experience in internal communications or content creationOrganised, proactive, and adaptable with a creative mindsetComfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced operational teamAdditional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
