Our Leisure Receptionist gives the very first impression of our Village experience. Your greeting sets the standard for the service our members and guests will receive. Let’s make it memorable!
With a friendly personality and a ‘can do’ attitude, you’ll greet members and guests on arrival and be the first point of contact by phone. You’ll thrive on delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring our members have everything they need and that enquiries are handled effectively.
You love a chat and understand what makes a great customer experience. You’ll get to know our members and help them make the most of what Village life offers.
Daily responsibilities include meeting and greeting members, taking bookings, resolving queries, and keeping our members happy.
