We want to hear from applicants who have a passion for developing others and have experience in managing or selling Apprenticeship programmes.
Due to transferrable skills, we are also considering those with experience in sales or training delivery of non-apprenticeship courses, and those with notable project experience from any field or sector, especially IT or training.
Essentia and the Essentia Academy are part of Guys and St Thomas NHS Trust, supporting the Trust's estates and facilities services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and grow apprenticeship programmes, including sourcing providers, promoting programmes, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on progress.
2. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as training providers, schools, colleges, and NHS apprenticeship coordinators across London.
3. Proactively engage staff and management to encourage apprenticeship uptake and provide guidance for success.
4. Support the wider team through delivering training, projects, and initiatives to meet workforce development needs.
5. Research, monitor, and evaluate training and apprenticeship outcomes, with strong data analysis skills as a bonus.
6. Manage own workload, make decisions, and problem-solve to meet deadlines.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive individual with strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills. The ability to build relationships, evaluate data, and drive continuous improvement is essential.
