proactive and hands-on Housekeeping Team Leader to support the
day-to-day running of our housekeeping operation at the beautiful Finlake
Holiday Resort.

What You’ll Do
As Housekeeping Team Leader, you
will:
* Support the Housekeeping Manager in the
day-to-day operation of the department
* Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to
deliver exceptional accommodation standards
* Coordinate cleans and accommodation checks
to ensure lodges are guest-ready on time
* Work closely with Maintenance and Hot Tub teams
to maintain five-star presentation standards across the park
* Support team training, delegation, and
performance management
* Respond to guest concerns and help resolve
housekeeping issues efficiently
* Monitor stock levels for cleaning supplies
and operational inventory
* Maintain accurate records using ParcVu and
support operational reporting
* Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH
procedures are followed at all times
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
* Previous supervisory or team leadership
experience within housekeeping or hospitality
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and high standards of
presentation
* Confidence leading teams in a busy
operational environment
* A positive, hands-on approach with excellent
customer service skills
* Good understanding of Health & Safety and
COSHH procedures
Desirable:
* Experience using ParcVu or similar systems
* Experience monitoring guest feedback or operational
