Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Assistant based in Greater London. Responsibilities include assisting clients in selecting fabrics and styles, providing excellent customer service, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring the studio operates efficiently. You will help maintain organization, coordinate appointments, and contribute to the success of a creative, client-focused team in a luxury setting.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
* Proficiency in Organization and attention to detail for managing appointments and workflow
* Sales skills and experience in a retail or luxury fashion environment
* Passion and knowledge about Fashion, tailoring, and custom design
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
* Prior experience in the fashion industry is an advantage
