Our client, a reputable family-run crash repair workshop based in Croydon, is seeking an experienced Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their dedicated team.

Benefits:
Salary starting from £45,000 per annum, with potential bonuses after successful probation

20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Working hours from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with scheduled breaks

Accurately assess vehicle damage using Audatex and Autoflow systems
Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and colleagues to facilitate repairs
Assist with technical enquiries in both office and workshop settings
Support reception staff and provide additional support within the workshop environment
Manage workflow to ensure repairs and assessments are completed efficiently and timely as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
Contribute to the maintenance of high standards in repair assessments and customer serviceRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
Proficiency with Audatex and Autoflow systems is highly desirable
Knowledge of bodyshop operations and vehicle repair procedures
Familiarity with the Croydon area and surrounding regions
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proactive approach to work and problem-solving abilities
