This initiative is designed to align operations with the firm's strategy. The project aims to deliver a consistent core service to partners and fee earners by prioritising the most value-added activities, while enhancing effectiveness through simplification of the operating model and the removal of duplicated roles, activities, and tasks. The new model will underpin objectives across client growth, operational excellence, and commercial discipline. This initiative is central to organisations client growth strategy and demands a disciplined approach to delivery, robust governance, and proactive management of organisational, data, and technology dependencies. To this end, the firm is seeking aProgramme Data Analyst whom will play a critical role in supporting the organisations business professional operating model transformation programme. The role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO to join our Transformation Programme. This role will play a critical part in supporting the successful delivery of a global operating model transformation within a professional services environment. Who you will work with The role will work primarily with the People workstream, Programme lead and the wider programme team and alongside a range of stakeholders to help deliver successful outcomes. What you will be responsible for??????? Provide comprehensive PMO/junior project management expertise to the Transformation Programme ensuring effective coordination and communication across all workstreams and other PMO's. Able to proactively track actions and work with stakeholders to maintain programme progress. Provide project support across people activities and the wider programme. Manage and deliver people programme reporting, including the preparation and analysis of management reports, dashboards, and reporting decks for senior leadership. Monitor, review, analyse and proactively act upon programme and project information, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Support key activities across operating model design, workforce planning, role mapping and people data. Collaborate with business and data analysts and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, support benefits tracking, and facilitate the production of management information to inform decision-making. Support the development and maintenance of people tracking tools and adoption plans. Qualifications Your experience 5 years' experience of working within a department/enterprise wide PMO, programme coordinator or junior project manager. Experience of working directly on operating model programmes. Data analytics skills and experience of dashboarding tools such as PowerBI, drawing conclusions and insight from the data. One or more recognized portfolio, programme or project management qualifications, e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, M_o_R, PPSO, APM PMQ or RPP, PMP or PMI. Patience and empathy to work with people who will be subject to various pressures and demands; Experience of working with senior members of staff. Keen eye for detail and holds their work to a high standard. Proactive and able to self-identify future tasks and activities, able to work in a logical and methodical manner. Analytical and critical thinking, able to challenge and question in a constructive and empathetic manner. Experience of establishing and operating PMO processes. Ability to manage, capture, log and manipulate data alongside a focus on making sense of the data and joining the dots. Willing to get their sleeves rolled up and get things done.
