An experienced ERP Project Manager is required for a leading retail business based in St Albans. With a salary of £45,000 and excellent benefits, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with an envied reputation.
The business has recently implemented a new NetSuite ERP system and re-platformed its eCommerce website, creating an exciting role for someone who can manage small IT projects and provide day-to-day ERP support in a hybrid working environment (3 days in the office).
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead internal projects across ERP and eCommerce platforms, managing timelines and deliverables
Act as first-line support for ERP issues, providing solutions and user guidance
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to scope and deliver system improvements
Maintain accurate documentation, configure system settings, and manage user access
Create basic reports and enhancements to reduce external development reliance
What Experience is Required?
Experience supporting or managing ERP systems (ideally NetSuite or similar)
Strong Excel skills and ability to work with complex data
Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and suppliers

£45,000 salary
Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
24 days holiday + Bank Holidays, increasing over time
