Behaviour Mentor – Bolton – Immediate Start
Are you experienced in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and ready to make a meaningful impact every day? We are currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive team in Bolton. This is an immediate start role and requires a full UK driving licence.
Your Role
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils manage behaviour and build confidence
* Implement tailored strategies to support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure consistent support
* Monitor progress and celebrate achievements with pupils and staff
* Act as a positive role model, promoting resilience, independence, and self-belief
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children with SEN or additional needs
* Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approachFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting young people
