Job Objective:
Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment following established Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain safety, quality, and time standards. Perform varying assignments daily.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Maintain a safe work environment.
2. Operate complex manufacturing equipment following procedures and Control Plans.
3. Read and interpret the Discrete Job Routing Sheet.
4. Perform quality checks as required.
5. Complete necessary computer transactions or paperwork.
6. Maintain established production standards.
7. Achieve personal and team goals.
8. Learn to operate in multiple departments after training.
9. Complete training and operate powered industrial trucks.
Job Qualifications:
* High School Diploma and/or GED required.
* Experience operating production machinery to set standards.
* Proficiency in multiple processes.
* Computer literacy.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to learn new processes.
