The Role
As our Central Hub Manager, you will oversee all Estates Services, including Non-Routine Reactive, Planned Preventative, and Scheduled Maintenance, ensuring optimal support to Venue Teams, clients, and customers. Your role is vital for delivering successful events while maintaining safe, secure, and compliant premises.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the strategic and operational management of the Estates Department, ensuring adherence to policies and strategies.
* Oversee design, maintenance, and minor works, including estimation and planning.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all activities.
* Manage ASM Global UK's CAFM and PPM systems in line with SFG20 guidelines.
* Maintain audit-ready records for external inspections.
* Coordinate project handovers and integrate new assets into the CAFM system.
* Ensure servicing, repairs, and maintenance comply with Building Engineering Services Association SFG20 Maintenance Schedules.
* Provide leadership and performance management for staff, managing complex information systems.
* Set high standards for customer care across the Central Estate.
* Participate in out-of-hours emergency on-call rotations.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience managing strategic and operational change, assets, resources, services, and staff.
* Experience managing technical and cleaning staff.
* Budget management skills, including P&L experience.
* Strong knowledge of building maintenance regulations and engineering infrastructure.
* Familiarity with Lean methodologies like Total Productive Maintenance.
* Expertise in energy and carbon reduction management.
* Excellent communication, reporting, and staff development skills.
* Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Data analysis skills and ability to interpret complex information.
* Proficiency in auditing and managing maintenance contracts.
