We have an exciting opportunity available as a Clinical Team Administrator for the Admiral Nurse Team. The position is part-time and offers an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to begin a career in the NHS. The successful candidate will gain experience working in administration within a supportive and friendly team.
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and flexible candidate to support the changing needs of our Admiral Nurse team in various administrative functions.

Main duties of the job
You will need to demonstrate strong communication, prioritisation, and administration skills, with a dedication to confidentiality and positive service user experience.
Previous administration experience is essential. The role includes, but is not limited to, general administration, minuting meetings, diary management, and entering patient data.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment using clinical systems and Microsoft Office packages. A working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* NVQ 3 in Business Administration or working towards
* NVQ 2 in Customer Services or equivalent
* Pitmans/RSA III typing/word processing or equivalent secretarial experience at intermediate level
Experience & Skills
* Ability to coordinate and prioritise management diaries
* Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative with minimal supervision
* ICT skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent
