This exciting opportunity includes a TLR for leading curriculum development in this area. About the Role: The school provides high-quality education for pupils aged 11-16 with complex needs, including moderate learning difficulties, autism, and communication challenges. All students have an EHCP, and the staff are committed to delivering personalised, inclusive learning. This position involves full-time class teaching of PE and Outdoor Education, alongside the responsibility of Curriculum Lead for this area. You'll design, implement and monitor a relevant and engaging curriculum that supports progress in both physical development and life skills, while promoting independence and resilience.
