Based within the CU, empowering our people, leading the market, and driving customer success to contribute to the overall success of CU NEU, EMEA and Group Objectives.* Lead and motivate a high performing team of Network Rollout specialists by creating clarity and developing individuals to consistently deliver results for the customer in line with project objectives. The team consists mostly of Implementation Managers responsible for Network Deployment activities.* Effectively manage a diverse team of professionals located across the various locations within the CU, securing that the diversity of cultures and backgrounds will enrich the team and its ability to deliver sustainable success to our customers* Liaise closely with peers within the Leadership Team and other senior stakeholders and implement a one team approach to issue resolution, handover and project delivery success. Execute the best Network rollout delivery strategy aligned with cost model expected from our projects, including local, global, and external resources, taking into consideration as well the recommended delivery model guidelines from BNEW SAN/MA Build Europe. Accountable for the implementation of Ericsson’s ‘Target Zero; strategy through empowering a culture of continuous improvement in Environment and Occupational Health and Safety (EHS) among our employees, consultants and suppliers across the CU* Responsible for deployment and secure adoption for Global ASP catalogue in CU NEU.
