About the Role
Were looking for a Customer Account Executive to join our busy Customer Excellence team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service, account management, or sales support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong client relationships.
The Customer Account Executive will act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring orders are processed accurately, queries are resolved quickly, and deliveries are coordinated smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
The Customer Account Executive will act as the day-to-day contact for customer accounts
Process and track customer orders accurately
Respond to queries via phone and email in a professional manner
Coordinate with planning, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery
Manage customer claims, returns, and invoice queries
Build strong working relationships with clients and sales representatives
Proactively solve problems and support process improvements
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, account coordination or order processing
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
Good IT skills (CRM/ERP knowledge would be a plus)
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
