Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing purchasing and management of purchase orders

3. Performing income reconciliation, including cash and electronic payment channels
4. Handling third-party invoicing efficiently
5. Conducting audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
6. Generating detailed reports and analysis
7. Setting and reviewing tariffs and prices
8. Administering systems on relevant IT platforms
9. Managing contracts associated with parking services
10. Developing strategy and policy documents to guide the service
