Asset Management Officer
Position within Fife Housing Group, 15‑month fixed‑term contract.
Responsibilities
* Identify, prepare, and continually improve asset management information.
* Manage Stock Condition Survey records ensuring data stays current.
* Assist in identifying delivery models for planned maintenance and contract works.
* Manage contract files and provide general office support.
* Develop and manage action plans from major component replacement programmes.
Qualifications
* Qualification in Asset Management or construction, or comparable experience.
* Knowledge and experience of leading asset management processes.
* Experience managing Stock Condition Survey data.
* Understanding of maintenance delivery models and contract works.
* Ability to develop action plans for major replacement programmes.
Other Requirements
* A valid, in‑date driving licence.
* Access to a car insured for business use.
