Transport FLM Co. Antrim Salary Open to discussion Working with a leading logistics operations and transportation business, we are seeking to recruit their new Front-Line Manager. You will be responsible for the management of drivers by leading and motivating and to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to, this will include; Manage the Transport Teams Set out daily driver runs and assign drivers to routes Instigate disciplinary proceedings Oversee and organise the training of new starters (including agency) Deal with enquiries and queries or complaints from the customer Ensure driver brief/debrief is completed Deal with staff management Other adhoc duties About you Experienced within a similar role Proven history of building and managing successful teams Computer literate including transport management systems To be considered for this vacancy, please APPLY with an updated CV.
