Multi Trader wanted for a main contractor in the social housing sector\n\nAs the year is coming to a close and some sectors may be coming to a close for Christmas, we are very much up and running with a busy December ahead and some great opportunity's with some market leading clients.\n\nOver at Skilled Careers we are currently recruiting for a number of Multi Traders for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renown housing association based in the Harrow area.\n\nThere are several positions up for grabs, interviews to take place this week!\n\nAs a Multi Traders your day to day will look like:\n\nConducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.\n\t\nResponding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.\n\t\nEnsuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.\n\t\nConducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.\n\t\nCollaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.\n\nWe are looking for a confident Multi Traders that is also able to completing tiling and painting/decorating maintenance also. \n\nPlease note: A full UK Driving Licence and a trade qualification is needed for this role.\n\nAbout the Multi Trader role:\n\nSalary: Up to £43k per year paid weekly via CIS.\n\nLocation: Harrow\n\nIf you are interested in joining a renown team, please apply to this Multi Trader role now to be considered for this position, interviews can take place as quick as this week
